Parvalux House - Opening Q2 2023

The multi-million-pound development includes the acquisition of new production machinery and represents a significant investment by maxon, who acquired Parvalux in December 2018.

The site and new production technologies will facilitate decades of future expansion for Parvalux within the Technology Road location, giving long-term commitment to the area and our customers.

The new building will utilise energy efficient materials, and one of the largest photovoltaic (PV) arrays to be put onto a single building in the local area. The new Parvalux House will achieve a carbon neutral rating, until at least 2030.

It will feature:

• Over 14,000m2 floor space, centralising all production and offices to a single site

• 1500 PV panels on its roof, supplying 100% of the buildings operational power

• New machinery allowing increased production capacity and even better quality

It’s anticipated that the new HQ and production facility will be fully operational by spring/summer 2023.

This system will generate the electricity required to heat and light the whole building.
