New DC gearmotor from Parvalux

For long life and reliability the new Parvalux brushed DC gearmotor is perfectly suited to industrial applications such as printing machines, conveyor systems and materials handling equipment. Featuring an inline gearhead with deep groove high precision ball bearings and shaft seals making it lubricated and service free for life. The gearmotor is UL certified and has class F insulation that allows for a temperature rise of 115°C from an ambient of 40°C. Proudly manufactured in the UK for over 70 years Parvalux motors feature mature manufacturing features enabling consistent performance and quality. Techniques such as pressing armature laminations onto a precision ground shaft which is then both statically and dynamically balanced and only using the highest quality synthetic covered copper wire certified to EN60085:2004. Fractional horsepower gearmotor output levels up to 0.49HP, torque levels up to 62lb-in and selectable speed ranges from 167rpm through to 889rpm. 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V DC motors are selectable and custom modifications can be made to the shaft, mounting detail and cables.
